It's just an ordinary abandoned-looking bus stop, the one you can encounter while traveling through the countryside. We (Roman Kuznetsov and me) found it during our 5-day hiking trip through Meshchera just a few hours before we performed Midnight Yo-Yoing. I just liked the way it looked despite the garbage all around, so now it participates in "The Best of 2009" WWP event. :)
