A storm at the start of 2009 left trees in our area covered in ice and frost. This panorama really doesn't do the scene justice, but it's appealing for its own sake.

Perhaps one day it will be feasible to find a way to get up amongst the crystals in these natural chandeliers for a much different perspective.

Here's to a prosperous new year!
