I had the great privilege of meeting Ann Elizabeth Schlegel, a resident artist at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA - whose studio is the subject of my favorite panorama in 2008.

While visiting the Banana Factory we came across an open studio with soft music playing. We met Ann working on a "Painting Each Day." She graciously and warmly welcomed us to come inside and visit. Her studio has two large windows where the bright snow outside illuminated her many beautiful and colorful paintings. I wish to thank Ann for permitting me to create the panorama in her studio and share it with you. While not as ambitious, I successfully fulfilled a personal New Year's resolution to post a panorama a week on my PanoArtist web site.

Nikon D40 with Nikor 10.5mm Nikon lens. Photoshop CS2, PTGui Pro 8.0.2 and Pano2VR 2.1.0.

Behind the scene : how this panorama was made

This panorama is a manually toned LDR image. With the bright exterior, the initial images were bracketted and manually merged to increase tonal range.

Press and hold the mouse button.
Move the mouse slowly to spin the view.
Release the mouse button to stop moving.

Tap or click the zoom icon in the bottom right corner of the picture to switch between in-page and fullscreen view
With the mouse you can also right click and choose "Fullscreen"
