Mr.Kenji Shida is cultivating a wonderful oyster.
He named his oyster "赤崎冬香". It means an aroma of winter at Akasaki Bay.
The body greatly enhanced is about 20cm.

I went with my friend. He is owner of the most traditional sake brewery of Iwate Prefecture.

I ate oysters on the ship. It was the most delicious oyster in my life.
We enjoyed sake and the oyster!
