2006 has been a big year for me. I was offered an amazing opportunity to travel to India and spend 3 weeks shooting virtual tours in some amazing places.

Once such location was the Usha Kiran Palace in Gwalior. The 120 year old palace is now a luxury hotel operated by Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, but was originally built by Maharaja Jivaji Rao Scindia to host the King and Queen of England during their royal tour. It is located next to the Jai Villas Palace which was the ancestral home of the Scindia family.
