With over ten thousand lakes, and seasonal thunderstorms, spectacular sunsets are common in northern Wisconsin. Even so, sunsets as vibrant as this one stay in a person's memory for a lifetime.

Evening colors are fleeting and this scene was no exception. There was no time for a tripod, much less a panorama head, so the pictures were taken hand held and stitched in PTMac. I hope you enjoy the panorama as much as I enjoyed making it.
