Part of the way along Pisani Rov is a side gallery, which was named "Matjazev Rov" and contains several mighty columns. Continuing along Pisani Rov the explorer enters the impressive "Kristalna Gora" (Crystal Mountain) which is the largest chamber in the cave. The explorer can climb the mountainous pile of collapsed rocks to a point well above the stream and yet the roof still soars above him out of sight.
The pano is presenting a location which is about 3 km inside the cave and is accessible only to registered cave explorers. The whole project of visualisation of Pisani rov started in December 2004 and was finished in May 2005. The process of "photo-sampling" was very slow as the huge galleries and tunnels needed to be lighted properly.
However... it was hard to pick the best location but as the features of this cave are underground and emerald green lakes connected with the subterranenan river I chose this pano... maybe not the best of 2005 but certainly the most difficult with the "logistics".
