What could be more English than an orchard full of apples and on an unexpected sunny Sunday Autumn afternoon? The exact destination for all these apples is unknown, it could be cider, it could be human consumption or it could be animal feed, but what is known is this orchard isn't alone.

The area is pepped with orchards and at this time of year you can quite easily get caught up behind a farmer’s trailer hauling loads of apples. The orchard is popular with walkers as paths cross the area so the progress of the apples can be seen all year round and this year seems to have been a good year for apples.
